This interview presents the story of Natural Home, an SME dedicated to the integral management of the solar panel installation process. Born in 2020 with the purpose of helping its customers to be more efficient in their energy consumption, Natural Home is dedicated to the integral management of the installation of solar panels, from the energy audit and the preparation of budgets, to the after-sales follow-up. Since its inception, this SME detected the need to implement a CRM and accounting software to manage its customer database and keep an organised record of the company's finances, respectively.
The implementation of these solutions was possible thanks to the employees' own input, who recommended ways to save time within the production process, which demonstrates the importance of maintaining direct and fluid communication between a company's management and employees.
As time went by, the need to expand the customer network was considered, and to this end, measures were implemented to improve SEO and SEM positioning, with the aim of gaining relevance in the main web browsers. Thanks to this strategy they have achieved both an increase in the number of visits to the page as well as in the number of clients.
