The best practices study aims to present a success story of a traditional family business that has adopted digital transformation as a means of raising awareness and boosting sales.

The origin of Confecciones Mary is in the 60's, when Miguel, a peddler set up a stall in the Rastro of Madrid. Years later, his children and grandchildren continue Miguel's legacy, facing new challenges and new times, to which they have been adapting and whose evolution we tell you in this study.

The starting point for the development of this study was the identification of the concerns of trade SMEs from various sectors, in which they expressed their interest in learning about good practices in the areas of customer relations, digital marketing and growth in social media, among others.

Throughout the study we tell you how, with different marketing actions, they have managed to grow their business and have improved their relationship with their customers.
